How it drops

At the end of each wave, slaying the final enemy initiates one loot roll matching that target's level. If an uncommon item is awarded, each gear slot containing eligible equipment has an equal probability—with Back having 7% of the chance of other slots—and a base is drawn evenly. Ringclasp Belt is eligible from enemy level 1. Normal difficulty provides an item level between 10 × (level − 1) and 10 × level + 9; on Nightmare and Inferno, every monster is level 70, making item level 700 plus the map's level (× 2 on Inferno).
