Difficulties

Beating the final boss on The Cinder Crown 7 opens the next difficulty. Nightmare and Inferno replay the same zones, but every enemy is level 70 , health and damage are multiplied, and loot, gold and item level grow with the level the map had on Normal. That last part is why late maps are worth more on the harder difficulties even though the enemies are the same level everywhere.
