Knotted Cloth Sash

CommonBelt

How it drops

A wave awards loot via a single roll rolled at the level of the final monster killed. If a common tier item is selected, all slots possessing an eligible base have an equal shot, though the Back slot is only 7% as likely; a base is then chosen with equal odds from that slot. Knotted Cloth Sash joins the drop pool from enemy level 1. Normal difficulty produces item levels between 10 × (level − 1) and 10 × level + 9. In Nightmare and Inferno, every enemy is level 70, calculating item level as 700 plus the map's level (× 2 on Inferno).
