Where to Find Doug

Speak with Doug to activate the questline titled Doug’s Great Heist. He will outline a series of objectives that must be cleared sequentially before handing over the reward.
Doug’s Great Heist Objectives
Doug requires a mixture of fishing skills, world-event tracking, and item collecting across several different zones.
1. Catch a Glass Diamond
Your opening objective is catching a Glass Diamond, which is classified as a Mythical fish. This creature can be hooked in three distinct areas:
