In this guide, I’ve covered the requirements for all Doomed Otaku endings and achievements, including the True Ending, character routes, Idol☆Star songs, Turtle Dove’s route, and Real World achievements. Follow the steps for the achievements you are missing, and keep track of the endings you have already completed.

101 – Kwak Kitae
Kwak Kitae has two achievements based on how you respond when he knocks on your door.

The Report Thy Neighbor achievement requires you to achieve Kwak Kitae's bad ending. When he knocks, don’t hesitate to report him to the cops instead of letting him inside. This tension-filled moment often surprises players on their first playthrough.

For the Breakthrough achievement, you need to reach Kwak Kitae's good ending by opening the door when he visits. Keep in mind you’ll need at least 50 affection to unlock this, so building that relationship steadily is key.

102 – Jin Dayeon
Sweet Dreams
The Sweet Dreams achievement ties to the Isolation ending. Essentially, you spend several in-game days doing nothing, going to sleep right away, and repeating this until the game’s dialogue shifts to the ending sequence. It’s unexpectedly hypnotic and tests your patience more than your skill.
Spend the day without doing anything, then go to sleep. When you wake up, immediately go back to sleep.
Repeat this process as the dialogue changes until you reach the ending.
Trash in the Trash Can
To unlock Trash in the Trash Can, you must eat food scavenged from trash cans three times, leading to the Food Poisoning ending. It’s a grim, yet curious path that explores life's desperate moments.

There Are True Friends Online! is achieved by maintaining daily interactions with your online friends. This route is a great example of how the game blends virtual relationships into its core narrative, with each interaction unlocking new characters and story directions.
Interact with your online friends every day. They appear in different locations, and some interactions will direct you to other people you need to find.
Keep following these directions and talking to your online friends to complete their route.
Idol☆Star Endings and Achievements
■■■ Star
For the ■■■ Star ending, raise the affection of Ikeman, Neketsu, and Shotaro to the maximum level 4. Each friend will reward you with a unique item essential for progressing the storyline.
Take the three items to the special planet area in Neketsu’s domain and place them on their matching empty stones. After placement, the items remain permanently, marking your progress.
You can raise affection in the following ways:
Boost affection in any of these ways: playing their specific minigames, voting for them daily, or gifting pulled-root items. Voting wisely is crucial—you only get one free vote per day, with opportunities for big boosts if you earn special items or buy votes.

Liberation of Darkness
The Liberation of Darkness ending belongs to Seizen. Collect the necessary stars, interact with the glowing figure, and choose Seizen's side during the crucial dialogue to unlock this path.

Dazzling Restraint
The Dazzling Restraint ending is Ikeman’s route. Like Seizen’s, you’ll have to gather stars and side with Ikeman when the game prompts you, paving your way to the related conclusion.

True Ending
Achieving the True Ending is a significant milestone. It requires you to complete the endings for these five key routes: Kwak Kitae, Eugene and Wi Geumcheon, Jeong Sol, the Landlord, and your Online Friends. Once done, check the mirror near your bed and answer the phone to trigger the True Ending sequence.

201 and 202 – Eugene and Wi Geumcheon
New Home
For the New Home ending linked to Eugene and Wi Geumcheon, start by knocking on apartment 201’s door on Day 1, then visit apartment 202 each subsequent day. Consistent daily interaction with these characters will guide you smoothly to their ending.
On Day 1, knock on the door of apartment 201. On the following days, visit apartment 202 instead.
Keep interacting with Eugene and Wi Geumcheon every day until you reach their ending.
Farmhand Dayeon
Farmhand Dayeon offers another rewarding route. Here’s how to complete it:
- Chat with Eugene and Wi Geumcheon until a farmer appears putting up posters; talk to him.
- Next day, visit apartment 202, then speak to the farmer outside.
- The following day, repeat, now the farmer is in the park.
- After Eugene and Wi Geumcheon’s spat, find the farmer and let him approach Eugene.
- Escort the farmer to Eugene to finish the route.
Follow these steps to complete the Farmhand Dayeon route:
- Interact with Eugene and Wi Geumcheon a few times until a farmer starts putting up posters on the first floor. Talk to him.
- The next day, visit apartment 202, leave the building, and speak to the farmer outside.
- On the following day, repeat the process. This time, the farmer will be in the park.
- After Eugene and Wi Geumcheon have their fight, find the farmer and let him go to Eugene.
- Accompany the farmer to Eugene to complete the ending.
301 – Jeong Sol
Happily Ever After
Jeong Sol’s Happily Ever After is unlocked by taking the left bus stop between 13:00 and 15:00 to follow her route. Accept O-ian’s marriage proposal when it comes to open this heartfelt ending.

Potential of Mess
The Potential of Mess is Sol’s alternative ending. After walking her dog, prepare for a minigame in the park where you rescue the dog by collecting a key and flipping a switch to open an escape path. This switch stays on even if you fail, so persistence wins. Make sure to have at least 50 affection to unlock this ending.
Continue following Sol’s route by taking the left bus stop between 13:00 and 15:00.

302 – Kim Taeyang
Pay Off the Debt
Pay Off the Debt is Taeyang's route achieved by taking a loan from him—but deliberately failing to repay it. Simply sleep through days until this downward spiral ends in the specific plot twist.

Fake Perfume Biz
The Fake Perfume Biz ending requires you to accept the fake perfume business proposal when visiting O-ian’s place with Taeyang. This decision shifts the story to a quirky alternative path.

Path of Violence
Path of Violence suits Taeyang’s good ending. At Nobly Hills Towers, when provoked and shoved by a man, choosing to fight back leads to this dramatic conclusion.

Complicated Ones
Taeyang’s bad ending, Complicated Ones, happens if you hold back during the conflict at Nobly Hills Towers. This restraint steers you toward a very different outcome.

402 – Landlord
Eternal Return
With the Landlord’s Eternal Return ending, relentless interaction and completing his assigned tasks will gradually unlock his story’s full conclusion, rewarding patient players.
? – Turtle Dove
Coo Coo?!
The mysterious Turtle Dove route centers on repeated play of the Look Away minigame with a pigeon. Having about 8 SP available lets you fit four games a day, maximizing efficiency and speeding up affection gains.
Hato Boyfriend
The pigeon route requires you to play its minigame repeatedly. Having around 8 SP available helps because you can fit four games into a day before it gets dark and the pigeon leaves. You can finish the route with less SP, but it will take longer.
Look Away minigame pattern
The minigame has two patterns: alternating left/right, or repeating sides twice before switching. The first four game sequences to memorize are:

Third Game: Left, Right, Right, Left, Left
Fourth Game: Right, Left, Right, Left, Right.
