1. Select Algeria
Start by picking Algeria on the map, then zoom into the Tassili n’Ajjer Desert region to set your starting point there.
2. Equip a Portable Winch
Before heading out, make sure to equip at least one Portable Winch along with a higher-level winch—either Stage 2 or Stage 3. These options provide the best balance of strength and control for the task ahead.
3. Drive to the Scenic Viewpoint
Spawn at either Porte Du Desert Camp or Crazy Gunther and make your way towards the blue circle that marks the Scenic Viewpoint. It’s a well-known spot with the right terrain for the hanging trick.
4. Deploy the Portable Winch
Once you arrive at the Scenic Viewpoint, press Enter to open your equipment menu and deploy your Portable Winch. Position yourself carefully to anchor effectively.
5. Attach the Winch and Drive Off the Cliff
Secure your vehicle to the winch, then carefully drive off the cliff so the vehicle becomes suspended in mid-air. The winch should hold it firmly against the cliffside, suspending your ride completely.
