Cupid Parasite draws players into a tangled web of romance and mystery, where every choice steers the story toward dramatically different outcomes. Navigating its multiple romance paths requires more than casual decision-making; it demands a clear strategy to unveil every secret and ending the game offers.

The game's structure unfolds best by following a specific sequence: beginning with the Shelby and Ryuki routes, progressing to Gill's, then Raul's and Allan's, culminating in unlocking the elusive Secret Route. Some options and chapters are inaccessible until you've completed prior routes, making this order crucial for a smooth experience.

To avoid repeated, time-consuming playthroughs, it's essential to utilize key save points that allow you to branch out into different narrative choices and endings. This approach ensures you uncover all the main storylines efficiently.

Be prepared from the onset; certain dialogue choices and paths remain locked on your first run. Once you've opened these through initial completions, you can explore new branches without repeating earlier common endings.

Shelby Snail Walkthrough

Launching a new game, start by following the Common Route decisions carefully to set Shelby's story in motion.

Parasite 5

  • Choose "I’ll do it, for the sake of our members!"
  • Select "Are you struggling with work or something?"
  • Pick "I read something on Wackypedia…" (unlocked after first playthrough)
  • "I’d better fix my makeup."
  • "(Imagine the faces of your other members.)" (unlocked after first playthrough)

Love Match Test

Select the option to "Try the test" when prompted.

Create Save File 1 here.

When answering the Love Match Test, respond with:

  1. No
  2. No
  3. No

  5. Yes

Choose END to receive the Pragma result.

Continue by selecting:

  • "Stop checking." (available after first playthrough)

  • Ask, "Was he mad about something?"

Choose the option: "We should report her to the police."

Wasted Love

For the next critical decision, select:

  • "(Don’t use Cupid’s Bow.)" This option unlocks only after you have completed either Allan or Raul’s route.

This choice is only available after completing Allan or Raul’s route.

Shelby Route

Start of A Secret Relationship

  • Choose "I could pretend to be your wife."

Proceed to the Work Before Love chapter.

Create Save File 3 here.

Make the following choices:

  • "I’d want to hire more assistants."
  • "I’ll help out however I can too."

Suspicions Grow

No choices will appear in this section.

Contract Marriages and Secret Lessons

  • Choose to say his name directly when prompted.

Create Save File 4 here.

  • Choose "(Throw it all into the shredder.)"

Shelby’s Resolve

Create Save File 5 here.

  • Respond with "It’s alright. I had a lot of fun."

Continue through these chapters: The Sun Always Rises, Final Lesson, Parasite Infection, A Cupid’s First Love, A Chocolate Love Song, A Cupid’s Mission, All SS-Rank, Singles Studio Apartment, and First Couple’s Lesson.

At Final Lesson, choose to change the subject when given the option.

  • (Change the subject.)

During A Chocolate Love Song, make sure to try eating it when prompted.

  • (Try eating it.)

Best End: “Anywhere, As Long As It’s With You”

For the Normal End, load Save File 5 and select:

  • "We’ll have to redo the contract."
  • Explain it as a practice date.
  • Ask about it.

Normal End: “Pragmatic Love”
Unlocks 1 CG.

For Bad End 1, load Save File 3 and choose:

  • "Why don’t I become a secretary?"
  • "I’ll help out however I can too."

Bad End 1: “The World is the Stage…”

For Bad End 2, load Save File 4 and select:

  • "(Flip through the documents.)"

Bad End 2: “Cupid Treasure Hunter”

For Bad End 3, return to Save File 1 and alter your Love Match Test answers. Answer No to every question except number 11.

Choose No for every question except #11.

Result: Eros

After achieving the Eros result, follow Shelby's route choices as previously outlined, including the sequence starting with "Stop checking" and eventually "Throw it all into the shredder."

Common Route Bad End: “Farewell, Los York”

For the alternate Common Route ending, load Save File 1 and set your Love Match Test answers to Storge by saying No to everything except questions #4 and #11.

In the Love Match Test, answer No to every question except #4 and #11.

Result: Storge

Then choose to stop checking when given the option.

Begin a new playthrough and follow these Common Route decisions to develop Ryuki’s storyline.

At Looking For Lost Parasite Love, respond by smacking his hand away.

  • Smack his hand away

For Love Letter Rush, choose "I want to read that love letter."

  • I want to read that love letter.

Best End: “Scarily So”

For the Normal End, revert to Save File 4 and select:

  • Consider dividing housework.
  • Question if destiny is fixed.
  • Obey him.
  • Request that he deliver the letter personally this time.
