Next, take the doll into the adjoining room and engage with the diary in front of the mirror to find Letter 2. Place the doll carefully in the corner and play the record for the atmosphere to shift. Then, collect two book boxes, slot them into the bookshelf, and answer the phone with specific dialogue choices—first Cold/Dismissive, then Hinting Truth—to progress before talking to the doll and retrieving Letter 3.

Discover a hidden passage behind the bathrooms and find Letter 5 by reading the diary on a nearby table. The clock puzzle is tricky: while facing the door, move clockwise and ignore the first clock with no hands. Set three clocks precisely to 6:00, 9:00, and 11:30 for the solution.
Enter the bathrooms to find a secret path. Read the diary on the table for Letter 5/8.
Face the door and rotate clockwise, skipping the first clock without hands.
Set these clock times:
Second clock — 6:00
Small hand on VI, big hand on XII.
Third clock — 9:00
Small hand on IX, big hand on XII.
Fourth clock — 11:30
Small hand on XI, big hand on VI.
After adjusting the three clocks, interact with the handless clock and reread the diary to get Letter 6.
