How to Unlock All Secret Achievements
Tidy Up the Halloween Shop contains three interconnected secret achievements: Behind the Books, A Familiar Face, and Wish You Were Here. Because these secrets build upon one another, you must complete them in sequential order starting with the discovery of a hidden room.
Locating the Secret Room
Before hunting for clues, finish cleaning up and organizing the storefront so stray items do not obstruct your view. Next, equip the Veil Glass to reveal glowing white cat paw prints along the floor. Follow this spectral trail across the shop until it brings you directly to the Crooked Haunted House shelves.
Unlocking Behind the Books
Once you arrive at the Crooked Haunted House shelves, look closely at the wall to locate a hidden switch. Press E to engage the mechanism, opening the passage to the secret room and unlocking the Behind the Books achievement.
A Familiar Face
The next objective is to bring Jinx back to the store to earn A Familiar Face. Step inside the newly opened chamber, where you will find an alchemical cauldron and a desk. Interact with the open spell book resting on the desk to view the recipe required for the ritual.
Gathering the Ritual Ingredients
Equip the Veil Glass again to reveal three new sets of ghostly cat tracks branching through the shop. Track each path to collect the items touched by the prints:
- Perched Bat: Located in the Familiars display.
- Sleeping Cat: Found resting in the Familiars area.
- Eyeball Daisy: Picked up from the Flower section.
Finding Jinx's Favorite Mouse
After collecting the three primary items, use Mara's final clue to locate Jinx's favorite mouse. Head over to the front entrance and check the main U-shaped counter, where you will find the toy mouse tucked inside Jinx's pet bed.
Brewing the Summoning Recipe
Bring all four collected items back to the cauldron in the hidden room. Add the ingredients in the required sequence: drop in the three gathering components (the bat, cat, and daisy) first, followed by Jinx's favorite mouse.
Unlocking A Familiar Face
Once all four items are placed inside the cauldron, the summoning finishes. Jinx returns to the storefront, successfully unlocking the A Familiar Face achievement.
Wish You Were Here
To claim the final achievement, Wish You Were Here, remain inside the secret chamber after summoning Jinx. Turn around toward the entrance doorway and find the small side table positioned beside a lamp.
A postcard is resting against the base of the lamp. Click on the postcard to inspect it and unlock your final achievement.
