Unveiled on December 12, 2025, via a video uploaded to S-Game's YouTube channel, Phantom Blade Zero generated instant excitement and locked in an October 29, 2026 launch date. Within a mere 15 days of that reveal, the title racked up over 1,000,000+ wishlists from eager fans. The game will launch on PlayStation® alongside PC releases on Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Wrongfully accused of murdering his master and cursed with a failing heart, Soul has only sixty-six days remaining to live. Isolated and marked for death by erstwhile comrades, he navigates a landscape of treacherous loyalties and drawn blades, resolved to dismantle the conspiracy that doomed him.

Soul headlines Phantom Blade Zero, an upcoming action-RPG from S-Game Studios centered on his personal journey and the concept of Wuxia. Game director Soulframe Liang noted that Wuxia comprises two pillars: Wu embodies the physical craft and kinetic execution of the hero, expressed via martial arts combat. Standing apart from contemporary releases, the title champions "KungFuPunk"—a dynamic hybrid of traditional Chinese martial arts and mechanical technology shaped by 1970s Golden Age Hong Kong action cinema.

Conversely, Xia embodies the internal dimension and stands as the more critical half, according to Director Liang. Signifying the protagonist's inner resolve, Xia is the survival drive that carries him through peril of any severity. These core motivations empower him to endure harrowing ordeals in order to shield those around him, embodying an everyday individual who steps up as a hero whenever duty demands.

Set during an antiquity era, the plot of Phantom Blade Zero follows Soul, a combatant who formerly served an organization known as "the Order."
